I am Daniela, nutritionist and dietitian from Venezuela living in Switzerland with experience in clinical nutrition, endocrine, bariatric surgery and food industry.

Growing up in an Italian family led me to have a direct relationship with food to then became one of my biggest passions life. I was able to unite my greatest pleasure - to eat - with my profession and to begin my studies in the area of ​​nutrition and dietetics.

I started my professional career very early in Caracas, Venezuela where I worked in different medical centers and in my private practice. After a few years and in order to expand my professional career, I came to Europe where I was living in Madrid, Spain and working a clinic specializing in bariatric surgery.

With my professional experience I was able to understand that the knowledge of nutrition science is limited in individuals and their relationship with food. However, the relationship between knowledge in food production and nutrition and its effects on health was a new world that I wanted to know.

During my two-year specialization in Food, Nutrition and Health in Switzerland, I got to know not only new techniques but also interesting people from various fields of research. Thanks to this newly gained knowledge I was able to adapt my consulting even better to generate a sustainable change for the patient and the environment.

In view of the growing boom in terms of diets in society I wanted to create a space where it is shown that to have a healthy weight does not need to live eternally in "diets" but simply improve the habits in our meals and never stop eating rich and healthy. Something more about me? I am a lover of life, food, helping people and doing outdoor sports <3
